  • What's the difference between Raw hair and Virgin hair?
    Raw hair is a lot different to Virgin hair. Both are human hair however, Raw hair has not been chemically altered, steamed or processed to give it it's texture. Unlike Virgin hair. The beauty and the beast of Raw hair is that no two bundles are the same. They won't be different from eachother but never identical and that is because the hair is not proceesed to form a uniformed pattern. As Raw hair has not been chemically processed, it mainly comes in three textures. Straight, wavy and curly. We do not offer body wave, kinky curly or deep wave, etc. Please be advised that our straight hair usually has a slight wave to it as it is in it's purest form. 'Invest in your crown!' - As Raw hair is of better quality please appreciate the fact that it will be more expensive. However, it is worth every penny! Unlike Virgin hair, Raw hair can last you up to 5 years+. This is the beauty of Raw hair as it can be reused numerous times without shedding or tangling whilst still maintaining it's soft flowy texture.
  • What is the turnaround time for a custom unit?
    Custom units take around 10-20 days to be completed. Please contact us before purchasing your unit so we can give you an accurate time frame as it varies for different units. You will recieve an email with your tracking information once your unit has been shipped.
  • What is the best glue for a lace wig?
    We recommend our very own Raw Hair Ldn 'Lace Melt Adhesive.' It is humidity resistant, non latex and works extremely well with oily skin. It has been tested and approved by a variety of different hair stylists. Nonetheless, please do your research to choose a glue which is best suited for you.   • "I have no hair, can I still wear a wig?"
    Yes! you can still wear our units if you have very short hair or are bald. If this is the case please inform us so we can ensure the unit would be comfortable for you and fit you flawlessly.
  • I need my hair for a certain date. What should I do?
    If you need your order for a certain date, please contact us via email to avoid dissapoinment. We will try our best as a team to fuffill your request and have it delivered prior to the date. However please understand we cannot make any gurantees.
  • How well does the hair dye/bleach?
    Our hair is of the best quality, therefore it can be bleached, toned and dyed with minimal damage to the hair. Our Raw hair can be bleached to 613 with just one lift! Although many of our customers have bleached/dyed their hair with great success, we always recommend you use a proffesional colourist for the best results. We are not responsible and cannot accept any returns or exchanges on hair extensions and lace systems that have been treated with dye, bleach, toner or any colour depositing.   • How many bundles are recommended for styling?
    The amount of bundles you need will be based upon the desired look you are trying to achieve. All our bundles are double drawn so three bundles is usally required for hair up to 28 inches. For lengths 30 inches and over we recommend at least 4 bundles. (Please also take into consideration the texture of the hair.)
  • Will my order be delayed?
    Please expect some delays on orders. Our hair is sourced from South East Asia therefore some orders may be delayed. Please read our Shipping Policy and Terms & Conditons before placing an order.
  • I placed and order and did not use a discount code. Can you still apply the code?
    Once an order is placed, discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.
  • My shipping label was printed but my tracking number has no movement
    please allow up to 48 hours after you recieve your shipping confirmation email to see movement on the carriers website.
  • What is your returns/exchange policy?
    We apologise if you are unhappy with your purchase and will work quickly and efficiently with you to fix or amend any issuses. Howeverall sales are final and we do not accept returns. Please read our Terms and Conditions for more information.
  • Will I have to pay customs charge if I am an international customer?
    International shipping costs does not cover tarrifs or customs charges imposed by your home country. All customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by RAW HAIR LDN.
