UK ORDERS - Please allow 7-20 working days for your order to reach you. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item(s) have been shipped. All items are sent via Royal Mail (Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays are NOT classed as working days)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - For orders to Europe, please allow 10-20 days.
For the rest of the world, our shipping time frame is 10-25 days.

Once your order has been placed, please note there is a processing time of 4 FULL BUSINESS DAYS. This time frame does not count towards your business days for shipping.

Due to COVID please expect some slight delays. Some of our hair originates from India which is currently experiencing a SEVERE Covid crisis. This means at times hair may be delayed or take slightly longer to arrive. Please understand this is out of our control.

Once orders have been completed, we are unable to amend or cancel orders. Discount codes may not be applied afterwards. We will not issue a refund or apply the said discount code after your order is submitted. Advertised discount codes may not be used towards previously purchased or future purchases.

Please ensure your shipping and billing address are the same. We will not ship the item(s) anywhere else.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our products, we have a no refund and no returns policy. If you have received the wrong product, missing any product or have concerns, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of receiving your item(s).
